Transform your voice notes into a library of reusable content ideas that automatically become scheduled posts.

What is the Content Bank?

The Content Bank is your personal library of content ideas ("content atoms") extracted from your voice notes. Each voice note can contain multiple ideas that Influence Craft identifies and saves for future use.

How It Works

  1. Record a voice note with your thoughts and ideas
  2. Influence Craft extracts individual content atoms
  3. Ideas are stored in your Content Bank
  4. Track freshness - each idea has a freshness score
  5. Generate posts from any stored idea

Freshness Tracking

Content atoms have a freshness indicator:

  • Fresh: Recently created, haven't been used much
  • Warm: Used a few times, still relevant
  • Stale: Used frequently, consider new angles

This helps you maintain variety in your content and avoid repetition.

Unlocking the Content Bank

The Content Bank unlocks when you reach the Voice Unlocked milestone:

Requirement: 10 voice note recordings

Once unlocked, you'll see:

  • A dedicated Content Bank section
  • All extracted content atoms
  • Freshness indicators
  • Quick-generate buttons

Smart Scheduling automatically creates drafts from your Content Bank, balanced across your content pillars. It ensures you always have fresh, diverse content ready to post.

  1. Reviews your Content Bank for fresh ideas
  2. Checks your content pillars for balance
  3. Generates drafts prioritizing underused pillars
  4. Schedules posts according to your preferences
  5. Maintains variety to keep your audience engaged

When Posts Are Created

Smart Scheduling runs automatically to:

  • Fill your posting schedule
  • Balance content across pillars
  • Prioritize fresh content atoms
  • Respect your posting frequency settings

Unlocking Smart Scheduling

Smart Scheduling unlocks at the Smart Scheduling milestone:

Requirements:

  • 25 voice note recordings
  • Coverage of at least 4 content pillars

This ensures you have enough content variety for automated scheduling to work effectively.

Using the Content Bank

Viewing Your Content

  1. Go to Dashboard > Content Bank
  2. Browse all content atoms
  3. Filter by pillar or freshness
  4. See which ideas haven't been used

Generating from Content Bank

  1. Find a content atom you like
  2. Tap "Generate"
  3. Choose target platform(s)
  4. Review and edit the generated content
  5. Post or schedule

Managing Content Atoms

  • Archive: Hide ideas you don't want to use
  • Favorite: Mark ideas for quick access
  • Delete: Remove ideas entirely
